The area was safe, convenient and well located with shops, restaurants and facilities very close by. The staff where attentive, helpful and easily contacted if needed. "This is an excellent hotel. We had booked a mini suite but unfortunately the room had a problem. The hotel immediately upgraded us to a full suite which was facing the garden and was superb. Breakfasts were extensive and delicious and staff were charming. Excellent hotel. "

"First, the good: centrally located and the breakfast was OK. But the entire Sky Tower is under construction, so the windows are blocked with scaffolding and fabric, plus the whole place was dusty and a bit noisy. The room was huge but sparsely furnished (including a hideously orange sofa). Lighting was too bright and uninviting. Bathroom was just OK. The famous Sky Tower restaurant at the top was closed. Overall, little ambience, almost creepy."

"A bit difficult to find at first as it is a the back of buildings on the main rd but was ok when I found it.very close to the main square 5 mins walk..Everything you needed was within 2 mins walk hotel great for the price fab bathroom ,plenty of spare bedding if cold constant hot water .breakfast good .an unusual place to go Albania but I found it great like most European cities.
