"i have booked family suite. The air conditioner is not working and the room have the bad smell. Luckily afyer complain they willing to change another room for us. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. "The facilities offer just good enough for family short stay in the nature. The 24 hours shared kitchen and dining place were great. My kids loved the swimming pool. The place surrounded by trees, the refreshing air and the sound of nearby stream had made my short stay worth. The owner and the staffs were very helpful during my stay there. The owner himself and his wife personally waited for us until almost 1.00 am for late check in. My car broke down and the Sarang team helped me by finding a mechanic and also pushing the car together into a position so that it can be towed. The group who stayed there also was very helpful. The only complaint, the sofa bed not so sturdy. Have to be careful a bit. Definitely I recommend this place. "
