"This was my second time stayed in this hotel. Once more I received a 5 star hotel experience. I don’t have any complaints or negative feedback at all. I will stay in Regent again next time I am in Taipei."

"We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel before our flight out. Our room was beautiful with a lovely deck. We were in the newer building behind the big building, with views of the pool. The concierge was very helpful in arranging taxis for us, both for a ride to a night market and also to the airport the next morning. We had a great deal of luggage, and the stewards were incredibly kind to transport it to and from our rooms. A wonderful stay and definitely worth it to be at such a beautiful hotel. "
