"Imagine my astonishment when the taxi took me to the given address but I could not see any hotel. That's because it is located only on the 10th and 11th floors of a building. You have to share the elevators with other occupants of the building. The hotel doesn't have a lobby, not even a breakfast room. "We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel before our flight out. Our room was beautiful with a lovely deck. We were in the newer building behind the big building, with views of the pool. The concierge was very helpful in arranging taxis for us, both for a ride to a night market and also to the airport the next morning. We had a great deal of luggage, and the stewards were incredibly kind to transport it to and from our rooms. A wonderful stay and definitely worth it to be at such a beautiful hotel. "
