A boutique hotel that just ticks many boxes-beds made out of clouds, modern and chic and our room was blissfully quiet after a long day at work. Staff are always smiling and overall customer service was perfect.

I booked this hotel for my family, and I wasn't there, but my entire family told me that they enjoyed their stay very much. In particular, they said that the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating, and the adults and children were treated very well by all staff members. My family are pretty well travelled, so they have a lot of experience to judge hotels by, and they rate the Capitol Hotel very highly.

Excellent facilities, very handy to dining options and transportation nearby, including its proximity to Central Station. Being close to Chinatown is a bonus and Darling Harbour is nearby. Family-friendly and modern upgrades make for a good time for all.
