"This place was not ideal for our family of four plus a dog. First impression was not good trying to check in. It’s all done online and through a third party website. I had to banter back and forth 12+ times with someone who sent me the link to the site that didn’t work well. The room and Bistro was nice enough, but the location and outside were not nice at all. "Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable!
