He adds you on WhatsApp prior to your arrival so that everything is well connected. He gives good advice for food and things to do. "Hidden gem in the most central location in Cantania. If you are travelling to catania and need central accommodation you should 100% stay here! The room and entrance lobby was finished to a really high standard, and was a relief when we were checking in late after long travel. Luca was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable and well looked after. "The property is in a residential area. Big gate and on the post , a small signage of the hotel’s name. We spoke to someone on the intercom at the gate, the gate then opens. The property has a rustic charm. Some reviews we’ve read mentioned that the property needs renovation or updates. We think they don’t, it’s part of the charm (for us anyway, who are just visiting Italy). We only stayed for one night so didn’t get to use their swimming pool but it looks okay and romantic in the evening....
