"The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

"We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Disney. It was 15 minutes walk which was absolutely doable before and after long park days- with the option of a free shuttle 3 times an hour if you didn’t want this. The room was practical and safe; we were missing a few items from the room (second chair and the tv didn’t work) but this didn’t bother us as we didn’t stay in the room much of the day. The kitchenette was so helpful, especially with dishwasher tablets provided. Overall, a very good stay "

"The perfect airport-hotel. The rooms are essential but have everything you need. My daughter loved the tablet in the room you could control literarily everything (lights, moods, curtains, blinds, TV etc.). The food in the restaurant was very nice and the staff was outstandingly friendly. We will stay there again, if we have a lay-over or an early start in Paris. "
