"Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back. "

"The property is a beautiful facility. However, the rooms are individually owned and for my stay, I was moved three times for pest control. I was only given one key for me and my family. When the door closed with the key inside, I was forced to pay a locksmith to open the room. An additional key was not provided nor would the front desk open the unit. "The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

"Great property! The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also a quick cab ride to BGC. The staff was amazing and the Japanese and Thai restaurants were the best I had in Manila. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Plenty of choices and all delicious. Rooms are all over sized and very comfortable but a little dated. I would say its the best value and best service of any hotel in Metro Manila"
