"It was a fantastic experience. I had mentioned it was my wifes birthday not expecting much other than an acknowledgement but Erin Berg Guest Experience Mangager and welcome desk staff surprised us with a delivery of balloons and few gifts to our room for my wife which really made our stay even more amazing. The staffs attention to there Guest needs exceeded my expectations. Even with all the other events going on at the time made the accommodations personal. Thank you so much Again Erin and team you guys rock."

"Liked everything except hours for Marina Kitchen. It closes at 10 pm, yet bunch of people came after concert at The Rand Shell was finished. They should consider extending the hours on concert days"
