I had mentioned it was my wifes birthday not expecting much other than an acknowledgement but Erin Berg Guest Experience Mangager and welcome desk staff surprised us with a delivery of balloons and few gifts to our room for my wife which really made our stay even more amazing. The staffs attention to there Guest needs exceeded my expectations. Even with all the other events going on at the time made the accommodations personal. Thank you so much Again Erin and team you guys rock."
