In the process of renovating so we had a better room, but it wasn’t finished. No lamps installed, and the outlets wouldn’t charge phones once lights were turned off. Staff were unfriendly when I asked if we could have more coffee, saying they don’t offer coffee, which was strange since we did. The room was comfortable, it was just obviously in a state of change.

My AC was broken and my room was sweltering. I asked for a different room. They said they’d “see what they could do” but after two hours finally said they were booked. The property seems unsafe so I wasn’t comfortable keeping my window open. In the morning I noticed a roach in the bathroom and it hid under the water pan. I was too happy to leave.

Hot tub was great.I was unhappy with being charged $40 for warming up food in my room. They claimed it was cooking. They did not tell me this when i checked.

There was significant renovation occurring that was loud and disruptive and not disclosed on the reservation platform. After checking in, I did not feel safe staying there given the surrounding area, broken windows in units, and construction crews. The majority of units were vacant and in rubble-state surrounding the room. I consider the condition of the property to be false advertising and am requesting a full refund. I decided not to stay there.
