Absolutely beautifully hotel in the old Quebec city. Our room was clean and cozy. The only drawback, there is not elevators to get to the top floors, also there is no reception at the font desk, communication is via text msg, but I must say , they were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Overall we had a very pleasent stayed. Highly recommended.

There is no staff on site. However, we had an issue with the billing of the room. The staff of the hotel and Expedia worked together to solve this issue in a very diligent way. Their dedication to provide high quality service to their clients was amazing.

The property is lovely and the room was well appointed. Excellent location; which is why we chose it. A rating of 4 instead of 5 due to construction noise in the hotel or adjacent restaurant (same owner) beginning at 7:00 a.m. the first morning. After I texted, the noise started later in the morning and wasn’t an issue. Housekeeping was pretty non existent, which would have been fine if supplies were available as they were supposed to be (coffee pods, bath towels). One nice young man encountered me on the stairs to the basement and was kind enough to go to a different area to get us fresh towels and coffee. Sorry not to have gotten his name. He offered to clean but it was about 4:30 pm on our third day, so we declined as we’d been out all day and just wanted to relax - we were checking out the next morning. With a bit of improvement in customer care, we’d stay there again.
