"Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given. In the early evening,no hot water. Callling to request help, we were told our building was not having hot water until Monday. Nobody informed us, maintenance never appeared and no solution given. PdelE has many options. Why bother returning to Solanas? "

Excellent hotel in best the possible location.
"The location is excellent, close to the mall and stores. Few minutes driving to the beach. The front desk and breakfast kitchen staff were very nice and professional. Our room was spacious and clean. Already stay a couple times and I will return to this hotel when I visit Punta del Este. "
