Beautiful and well designed hotel I couldn’t think of anything I’d change about the place- the design pays attention to every detail, and we had such a great bed, towels and robes. The staff were amazing, helping out people with ease in English, Spanish and Portuguese - the waiter at the breakfast (delicious) instructed a family from Austria on how to drink mate. We were trying to rearrange our flight back so we could stay longer. Definitely coming back.

Great option with all amazing amenities! Staff goes beyond what’s expected when you ask a question, they are knowledgeable and patient. Yamila in the morning breakfast and her staff assisted and day to make sure we start the day with a smile. Walking distance to the beach which you receive a card to trade for an umbrella and chairs to enjoy your day. Amazing stay!

Nice hotel and excellent service

the place is just as described and it was a very nice place. I must highlight the excellent service, the staff is very friendly. The only two tiny things are: parking is on the street and during breakfast you must ask for food that should be placed on a counter for self service instead. Having to ask for a muffin in a continental breakfast is very weird, even when the personnel is lovely. Other than this the place is superb

This is a beautiful new hotel, with an amazing (heated) indoor pool that has an outdoor feel. Came in really useful as the weather was awful (despite being summer!) so definitely glad this was an option. The breakfast was really tasty and the lady at the counter was super nice. The staff in general were really good. Most of them have limited English skills but it was not a problem at all. Great place with great staff. The area is a bit far from restaurants but uber works well and there’s some nice places a very short drive away. Would definitely stay here if another opportunity arises

Superb little hotel in Punta del Este

Best shower ever!

We had a really nice stay here. The hotel feels brand new, the decor modern and tastefull. The bathroom was immaculate, and the shower is the best I ever tried! The staff is very serviceminded and the breakfast waiter deserves a prize for his attentivness! The hotel is a bit far from the centre of town, but there are buses close by that runs frequently. It's also close to "gourmet street" with lots of fancy restaurants. Our room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was really clean, nice, modern, and well located. The breakfast was ok, it can be much better for Punta del Este, especially the pastry and coffee. The only thing I truly disliked is that I am a gold member on Expedia and I always get either room upgrades or late check outs at vip access hotels like this one. This time I asked and none of it was given to us, neither a room upgrade or a late check out, and our flight was leaving late at night so it would've helped a lot.
