I arrived to the hotel and the room which we booked ..delux room - with bathtub.. was not available.. so now we spending the two night in delux room WITHOUT bathtub.. disregard the inconvenient ocured. there is price different .. and i want to claim it.. which the different around 5 GBP per night.. total approx 700 pesos .. and i cannot find any option to submit my inquiry .. except puting it here on the reviw portal !!"
