"Really enjoyed my stay at Grand Kempinski. Location is convenient yet quiet. Several restaurants, a shopping mall and a subway station are all in walking distance. Staff were professional and friendly. Bellboys were very helpful. Our room has a nice view of the Bund. The only minor thing is that although the bathroom is decently-sized, I couldn't find a good spot for my toiletries. A design flaw I guess. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again next time I come to...

"I was attending a trade show next door so it was very convenient to stay at the Kerry Hotel. Service level is very good, staff are doing their best, breakfast was good with lots of variety. "

Yet, the walls were too thin so we can hear other people talking. Their checkin process was disorganized, we literally have to check with the front desk each time, and they did not text/call us. "
