"The room was modern and very pretty. Location was great, it’s right next to the tallest building in Shanghai and very close to the metro stop. Yet, the walls were too thin so we can hear other people talking. Their checkin process was disorganized, we literally have to check with the front desk each time, and they did not text/call us. "

"Four stars would be more accurate for this hotel. Despite several disappointments, however, it's still a good value. The hotel did't seem at all crowded. Yet I was given a room facing a nearby construction site making moderate-level constant pounding noises. I asked for a room change and was given a room on the other side of the hotel, which I believe was an upgrade because it had a great view of the river. It took too long for the room change to be made, and I'm surprised that the upgrade...

"If you are attending any tradeshow at the tradeshow Centre across from the Himalayas, this hotel is ideal. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything. Going to the tradeshow only minutes away was extremely useful as casual...
