"Wonderful place, gorgeous setting, amazing views. We stayed at the start of the Ibiza season (April) and so it felt as though the island needed to wake up from hibernation. The service in the main restaurant was really not good enough. Had to wait to sit, got incorrect orders more than once. "Staff was friendly, hotel location and beach was fantastic for what we were looking for which was to relax and be away from hustle and bustle. The beach and cove its located in is absolutely beautiful. Hotel itself was ok, clean and comfortable overall. Our sofa was ripped, and would have like AC to work a little better, but other than that it was good. The only trade off to beauty of location is the distance to Ibiza Town and tours. "THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE. First of all this is a 2 star hotel at best. Let’s start with the rooms. They are tiny. The towels are so cheap feeling they don’t even dry you. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! "The hotel has been newly refurbished and it was immaculate. The breakfast which was included in the room was delicious with lots of options and set you up for the day. "This hotel was incredible. It’s the perfect hotel if you’re looking for chilled nice vibes throughout the day, but it’s also a short walk away from some of the biggest clubs in Ibiza. Amazing selection of restaurants and bars and the staff were so friendly. The spa was also amazing if you are wanting to relax and use the facilities. One bit of feedback I’d give is that it should have an adults only pool - the other pools were very busy so we struggled to get loungers sometimes. Also, the VIP upgrade wristband wasn’t worth the money. We also asked for some more water to be sent to the room and were told that we would be charged for it which seemed unreasonable. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again. It was only 10 mins from the airport so it meant you could maximise your time and with it being a short walk from Ushuaia it was really handy for us as we had an event on Friday."
