Beautiful location, beautiful development, great food, friendly staff. Music too loud for us each evening from 8pm - 11pm, even through closed door in our room. Loads of steps everywhere so help with luggage would’ve been welcome

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area surrounded by trees. There is a small private beach with turquoise water with SUP and kayak available for rent. Staff very friendly and helpful. We book with half board and the experience was great. A lot of food options. There are various outdoor areas like pools, bars gym. Next time we will stay longer. Very good experience.

Highly recommended hotel. Great for active teens

Beautiful setting with clean, modern and well maintained facilities. Good range of included activities to interest everyone and especially keep our teenage boys entertained. Lots of different spaces (families, adults only, beach, pool, shady grassy areas, spa, bars etc) meant it never felt crowded or too busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choice and quantity of food in breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets - only let down slightly by not having clear labelling for dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, vegan)

Perfect location if you want to get away from clubs of San Antonio. Great for kids and adults alike. If you are travelling without children, it has pool and restaurant areas that are only for adults. Portinatx town has lots of good bars and restaurants, although food in hotel is excellent. You can also hire paddle boards, kayaks, jetski’s etc. Complex is beautiful, with private beach. Be warned that there are LOTS of steps, so wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with limited mobility. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One small complaint would be lack of hotel/ local area information when checking in. Overall a really nice hotel on a stunning island.

Fint hotel som mangler lidt kærlighed til detaljer

Fint hotel og værelser er dejligt lys og fint indrettet. Desværre var badeværelset ikke særlig ren med masser af hår på gulvet. Stranden er en lille privatstrand som gerne fortjener lidt mere kærlighed, der lå skræl i sand plastic mm.

Not my cup of tea. Het was heel rumoerig, overal musac. Buffet-eten, animaties, als je van rust houdt moet je hier niet wezen. Het was massaal en luidruchtig. Verder was de WiFi abominabel slecht, op de kamer helemaal geen bereik en zelfs in de centrale hal, als je al connectie kreeg, heel traag. Ik kom hier nooit meer terug.

Pretty basic place and overpriced for what it is. They have a nice (very small beach) - don’t bother with the food though as it’s shocking. Nice staff though and work hard. I think it’s a management problem. The bed was nice but almost none of the amenities (including plugs) worked in the room

The room we had located at the back of the hotel was no-frills like a 3 star. We probably got one of the last available rooms so we didn’t have any nice view. The service was limited - we had to put a 10 euro deposit down to get a pool towel which was a bit of a faff especially in Covid with having to exchange money. The private beach is a great bonus. As were the different pool options but probably a 3 star experience all round. Most nights we ate at Six Senses next door as the food reviews we read were not great.

Très bien mais...

Points positifs : très bel hôtel , bien situé avec accès facile a la mer et a la piscine. Quelques endroits réservés aux +de 18 ans ce qui est agréable lorsque l'on a pas d'enfants. Le buffet est varié et bon dans le ensemble. Les points négatifs: si vous souhaitez visiter l'île il vous faut impérativement une voiture. Par ailleurs évitez les chambres au dessus de la réception car très bruyantes a cause du billard notamment et nous avons eu qq cafards... :/ Heureusement le staff a été compréhensif et nous a changé de chambre des la première nuit.

Tolle Landschaft in Abgeschiedenheit

Das Hotel liegt in einer der schönsten Landschaften Ibizas, jedoch ist es nur für Menschen geeignet, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit schätzen. Ein Mietwagen ist dringend nötig, da die Anlage genau entgegengesetzt zum Nachtleben liegt.Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, sehr hellhörig und das Hotel liegt insgesamt höchstens im 3 -Sterne - Bereich. Das Essen wurde einfallsreich und mit Abwechslung präsentiert. Durch die all-abendliche Animation und obendrein noch zusätzlicher Aktivitäten wie Tangokurse, die bis tief in die Nacht ( 3.00h ) stattfinden, ist es schwierig, seine Nachtruhe zu finden.
