When I arrived, they assigned me a room. Upon entering, I realized that it was nothing compared to the photos. I proceeded to go to the bathroom and cockroaches began to come out. I went to the lobby and requested a room change. The new room was in the same poor condition, it did not have a microwave, refrigerator or iron. The walls were dirty, the carpet was full of dust, the towels were dirty, and there were also cockroaches. I tried to request check out through Expedia but the management always refused. They only offered housekeeping, clean towels, and to put away the belongings. They only took the fridge, microwave and towels. The place on the outside is run down, it has old furniture in the hallways and very little lighting. I did not feel safe at any time. The place is used by the homeless to live and they go out into the hallways in their underwear and use illicit substances. I do not recommend it at all.

Overall a okay property. The rooms were a little sketchy and the lobby. It was a quiet stay. We had the pool to our self. No breakfast.

You get what you pay for. Property needs a huge update. Room had a weird smell that never went away. Bathroom door was broken. Main door to the room didn’t seal so when it rained it came in the room. Carpet was dirty and outdated. Ac unit didn’t work so the room stayed hot as can be. They have roaches. Even caught one in a cup and left it there, housekeeping didn’t even touch the cup with the roach in it. There was blood on the bed when we first got to the room. Overall the place needs an update. I did like the location and the prices were affordable for a last minute trip.

Terrible staff, took me 40 minutes just to check in because they do everything manually on paper; the keys didn't work, so I had to go back to the front desk 3 times; awful rooms, zero security, everything is old and almost non functional. Will never go back there.
