Asked for 1 br to accommodate 2 adults ant 2 teens . The rm only had king bed and no pullout sofa . They moved us to standard rm with a king and sofa but not a 1br . Room smelled of smoke and was not refunded the difference for smaller rm . Bait and switch , rip off !

The place was fine, clean, breakfast included. The odd thing is that it was a wheelchair accessible room and the bathroom was a little hard not to get water out and there was water everywhere. Everything else was fine.

We checked in late due to a late flight and the person at the front desk was very nice and efficient. The problem was our room and the floor we stayed on. Our room was located on the 2nd floor on the backside of the building. When we got off the elevator, the entire floor smelled heavily of vomit. Once we got in our room, we could no longer smell the vomit but our room smell heavily of urine. We were only staying the night before heading to another hotel, so we made due but if we had a longer reservation, we would have either asked for another room on a different floor or cancelled and went somewhere else. Perhaps we were just given a bad room/floor but we would not return.

was miscommunication about the airport shuttle... it was my first time using the shuttle from the airport to the hotel... overall the services provided were good. hotel staff were patient and nice. check in was quick. it was a comfortable place to stay.
