"The stay was good. I just wish the tv was working. I will go back but I just want a cleaner room. This hotel was very comfortable. The staff is outstanding. "

"The staff was super nice, my room was clean, the hotel is a little inconvenient location wise unless you have a car, but that not their fault. Theres a bus stop up a steep hill its about a 12 minute walk. "

"Easy to get to, friendly staff, affordable. Definitely an older building that needs some work. It was clean, just dated. Would definitly recommend from the affordability perpective. "

Hyatt Grand Central room 2315

"The Hyatt Grand Central Station was great! It's location is everything. I've never been to NYC and I was able to navigate everywhere with just one subway or train ride, only transfer was to and from LaGuardia via bus. The staff was excellent! They were actually courteous enough to let us view the rooms to let us see which one we liked the most. The concierge was truthful and helped us to spend our money wisely. They also have a lounge if you can get access. My wife and I would stay again!"
