First we arrive where we have to squeeze into an insanely small parking garage. When we enter the entire garage smelled like sewage and it stayed that way for the time we stayed for almost two days. Then my husband walks into the lobby which is not really nice to ask where the bathroom is because didn't see the ones in the lobby ,which is weird why the unpleasant front office staff told him the bathrooms were in the parking garage. They were porta potties that had big signs that they were out of order. Wow..they put the signs on them..then we get the 11th floor which we are afraid of heights so ask to switch to a lower floor and they said no you would have to pay an extra 100.00 dollars which at 200.00 we already were paying to much for this particular hotel.so we stuck it out. Then we get to the room and the fun begins. The rooms were decently clean but the back balcony door was broken so really hard to open and the other three doors were broken as well( hard to open and shut). They my son in law almost knocked a big mirror off the wall that was hardly attached. Then we settle down for bed and the TV wasn't working so we got frustrated and turned it off. It froze every 3 seconds and we tried several different apps and stations and the same. Then we started to fall asleep but it got hot so we tried turning the air conditioner on and it would come on for a long while then it finally came on and smelled like a rotten smell all night.there was construction near the pools..ect
