"Jaspers customer service is impeccable, nothing is to much trouble. Checked in a day late and arrived late in the night to be greeted with such warmth. Free upgrade with a bottle of wine, assisted in car parking as we had our car this Visit. Didn’t need to take the car out as the hotel is so close to all shopping and attractions. Super comfortable and clean rooms, full length mirror was a bonus. Look forward to staying again and again and again and again."
