"The room needs maintenance the AC didn't work properly the refrigerator was also clunky and the room was not clean there was hair on the floor and chewing them under the night table. Some of the staff felt so snob that we felt mistreated. Supposedly Medellín is the capital of the nice speedling Colombia and the stuff a this hotel did not meets those expectations"

"The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful, enhanced by the charming presence of squirrels that accompany you during your meal. However, the only drawbacks were the shower water pressure, which was lacking, and the bed, which was a bit too stiff for our liking."

"Very professional staff. The hotel and rooms are modern and clean, but what makes this hotel is the staff (the front desk, the cleaning ladies, the maintenance). They really do a great job. Be polite with them and they will return the respect and assist with your requests as best as they are able. "
