"The hotel was immaculately clean. We booked thru Hotels.com, and it said only 2 rooms available yet hotel was empty. Water pressure is extremely low and no breakfast. Facility is right on the beach. We were able to switch to the family rooms for our accommodations. Staff is terrific."

"This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. "

I used data connection in the end. The staff was not helpful, desk often not occupied. I asked for checkout 1pm, they answered not possible but if I pay extra per hour I can do. "This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!"
