"This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. Fortunately I had all the booking info on hand so a phone call between receptionist and owner seemed to sort out the problem. "This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. "

"The staff are very helpful, professional, and polite. They provided me with local knowledge to get to the main Sabang Beach boardwalk. The hotel is conveniently away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The grounds are very relaxing. The pool was clean. The rooms are well kept and very comfortable. The restaurant provided a great breakfast menu. For lunch I had a delicious fiddlehead salad locally known as Pako. I stayed 3 nights."
