"The location is great, near some good pubs and restaurants and Piccadilly station a 10 minute walk. Check in was great. Holiday Inn Express Manchester - Trafford City, an IHG Hotel
3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, 1,001 reviews
"We stayed to go to the cricket stadium to see Foo Fighters. Four stops on the tram from the nearby Barton Dock Road tramstation followed by a fairly short walk. We got back by 11.30pm so were able to have a drink in the bar. They needed more staff on the bar on a busy night like that. Breakfast was very good. Bed very comfortable and room on top floor was quiet. I would stay there again. "

"One of the towels was dirty. The lift was broken. There was junk outside the lift on every floor. Seems like a place for hen and stag events, and like bad behaviour is expected by staff from all patrons."
