I booked this hotel due to going to see the Pet Shop Boys at Co-op Live Arena. This hotel is only 10 minutes walk away from Manchester Piccadilly. Check in was swift and so easy to get around. I would stay here again.

Arrived early as we were going to an all day event, we expected not to be able to check-in and expected to just leave our bags until later that night. After a few minutes they found a room that was ready. Really grateful for the service from reception.
