"So clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent! The bed was very comfortable and put me to sleep instantly. Very quieta d very close proximity to everything I needed like universal studios, great food choices and variety. There is parking in the front and back of the hotel. I was 5 minutes from universal studios and 10 minutes from the Hollywood stars and although I am a California native I still enjoy tourist attractions. "I booked a private room with a private bathroom. There was plenty of living space but the bathroom was pretty small. The shower, sink, and toilet were all a tight squeeze. Walls were thin and there was an unpleasant pre-type smell upon entry. I loved the character of an older building. Common spaces were simple and cute and I liked the well-groomed courtyard. Location was fantastic and parking was a huge plus. Service was friendly and professional. I felt safe here. "

"Lovely spot in the heart of Hollywood. Nice comfy bed and xlnt bathroom. Only thing I would like to add is there was no seating in the room. Just an office chair. When friend came by had to sit on the bed. Would have been nice to have complimentary water in the room. Lobby facilities very nice with complimentary coffee in the AM plus water."
