"Clean and quiet hotel despite the fact it is in a bar district. Lots of food and shops around, great location to walk from to other attractions. Would stay here again "

"Really great value for money and helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location on the docks next to the M&S Bank Arena. Bedroom is huge and very comfortable. Only drawback was that there is nothing to buy to eat or drink after hours (no vending machines or shop) and nothing in walking distance to the hotel. "

"Nice hotel in a great location. Paid for an upgraded room which apart from a bigger bed and access to a lounge, it wasnt anything special. Apart from that its a great location for the waterside and 10 min walk to shops and attractions etc. Swimming pool on site was good but very busy (lots of kids too). Staff all were excellent. "
