"Beautiful hotel, staff friendly, great location and facilities - really impressive gym too! Missed out on a 5/5 as we stayed 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once which I thought for circa £220 per night was a little disappointing. Plus watch out for the taxi’s - even the ones the hotel order for you are out to get you regarding charges.. ordered two taxi’s from reception for our friends and us to travel about half an hour up the bay… they were charged €40 - we got charged €70.
