Great location in the old town, plenty of shops and restaurants around. We got the room in the top floor, very unique and big with a wonderful view of the sea. The hotel provided free parking just outside the walls which was helpful.

There hotel is wonderful. Located near the Sea Gate for easy access, it only has 9 large rooms with names, not numbers. The interior is unique with quality marble in the spacious bathroom. The hotel is associated with a quality restaurant and breakfast can be eaten outside. Kotor's Old Town is magical and the Boutique Hotel Astoria is the perfect place to stay.

Excellent hotel in good location

Lovely stay - clean, well appointed, and excellent breakfast option. Few minor wear and tear issues in the bathroom (one of the lights not working). Excellent location in the Old Town, a few minutes from the main entrance but in a quieter square.

I loved the convenience of staying at the Boutique Hotel Astoria. I had restaurants, souvenir shops and tours without even leaving the Old town. I actually had an historic tour the last day I was there. The accommodations were great as well. The staff greeted me with courtesy and was very informative with helping me locate things to do. Very nice hotel.

Nine room boutique hotel in heart of Kotor. Hotel is lovely. We slept peacefully even though we were in heart of Kotor. Rooms were lovely with all amenities. Breakfast was outstanding. Loved the unique property. Terrific staff as well.

This was a lovely hotel. The room was clean and roomy. It is located in the heart of old town where all sites and restaurants were in walking distance. The hotel has a nice restaurant. We enjoyed our stay there.

This property is the perfect place to explore the old town, everything is walkable. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with booking our taxi back to the airport. Woul highly recommend staying here.

Great Location. Parking was VERY difficult, but included, so that was a big plus. Restaurant menu was lacking. For example, the dinner photos of dishes were no representative, and the breakfast menus had NO details on what the dished included. Best part was the location and spacious rooms

The property is located in the middle of the old town. It was amazing to see how the old town changed from a busy touristy place to a calm and serene at night. The staff at the hotel were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again if we go to Kotor again.

Hotel Astoria Kotor is a beautiful property in one of the amazing squares of Kotor, an old palace facing an old palace - we had a view up the mountains to the old church. Very comfortable room, amazing staff and huge breakfast included. Only downside of Kotor (not the Astoria) is the parking - its nuts.
