This hotel was fantastic! very clean and nice rooms, including an outdoor lounge, garden, and balconies. The breakfast buffet had many gourmet options as well. Only a short walk from the main station as well as much of the attractions in Innsbruck Austria, and the staff were very friendly, receptionist Michael was very helpful with directions and advice for my stay in Innsbruck. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers or couples who are looking for a relaxing stay.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Nala. Staff were very helpful storing our bags before and after check-in, and we loved the outdoor garden and terrace. Wish we had been able to stay some additional nights to more fully avail ourselves of all the amenities.

The hotel was lovely (we had two Garden rooms one interior 5th floor loft room). What made it even better was the staff. For young men to be so attentive to the guests needs was refreshing and gave hope to the next generation of workers. Matthias was especially great — he recommended which hospital nearby to take my elderly mom when we arrived in town with a medical issue and followed up the next day inquiring about her condition. Our garden rooms were quite well stocked with cutlery and basic cookware. The loft room was huge and comfortable (although one of the mechanical covering for the sunroof wasn’t working so sunlight streamed in). Parking is about a 5-minute safe walk away from the property — drive DOWN the ramp and pull the plastic chain if it the garage door is down and it looks like you can’t get in!

Comfortable bed. Conveniently located to downtown. Beautiful outdoor terrace and rooftop seating area. Elevator goes to each floor so easy to bring luggage to your room.

Fantastic location, about 10min walk from the city center but so quiet! The on-site parking (for a fee) and rooftop terrace were a plus. Great beds, interesting room design, but I guess this is the hotels style. The staff was fantastic! Thank you for a great stay, we definitely recommend this hotel!
