"Large spacious comfortable apartment within a 5 minute walk of the town centre. Very well set up to self cater with great views of the mountains. Quiet location. Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. "

"Absolutely beautiful property in the most stunning location. As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and were greeted by name, which was a lovely touch. Rooms were a good size with nice big windows which were useful during the mini heatwave we experienced! The spa was great with great facilities. "I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby. "

About a 10 minute walk to the old centre
"We liked the room about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.Not much around the hotel no restaurants.No tea or coffee making facilities.When I asked about it the lady asked me for my room number so she could charge me.Kettle would be handy in the room.The ski jump is about a 30 minute walk away.The fernicular is being repaired at this moment so a lot of steps to get to the top.A 50%discount is being offered.Innsbruck is worth a visit surrounded by mountains and blossums everywhere."
