The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! "Staff were great! Cable is not that good, busted tv remote control, no tissue being offered, they forgot to resupply toilet paper and the real downer is lack of hot shower. Customer service is outstanding though. Kudos to staff friendliness and professinalisn!"
