"Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. They send details about requiring a timed meet and greet to check ID and charge extra if you arrive in the evening. We had to change our plans as a result.
