I am a big fan of this hotel and have been twice now and have already book another stay. It is great for young families. The only downside is the fact the pool does get incredibly busy very quickly. A booking system might be better on the days the hotel is busy. I did encounter some issues during my stay but the team worked to rectify this and were incredibly polite and understanding.

Hotel was nice, breakfast was great, enjoyed a swim in the warm pool. Friendly staff and super efficient check-in. Our only issue was that I woke up with 8 bites on my arm - staff suggested these may be mosquito bites but it’s March in England?

This was a fantastic stay. We stayed for one evening and used the pool. Our 5 year old son was overjoyed with this. Train into Cambridge takes about 5 minutes and was really cheap. Room was spacious and clean and at time of booking we had booked two rooms (one for my parents) and that was conveniently opposite our room. The staff in the restaurant went out of their way on every occasion we dined in there. During our evening meal, which was incredibly nice and all freshly homemade, the man servi g us was incredibly kind and attentive to my son and even brought him extra fruit. The next day at breakfast, having realised it was our sons birthday some sweet treats were brought to our table and a chorus of happy birthday sung. It really made his day. We will definitely stay at this hotel agin! Thanks so much!
