The staff were all very polite, professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the stay was. I would specifically like give the concierge team a big thumbs up. I asked for advice and assistance numerous times and each time I was given top notch attention and care. My next Seoul trip I plan to stay here again. "

"My children and I had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien Seoul for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is above and beyond any staff I've encountered. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, especially the 3 hours of swimming! They even mentioned how nice all of the employees were! Once back to our room we ordered room service. "The condition of the room was not the best. There were stains and scuff marks all over the walls, the floor had pieces missing and there was a bit of mold in the shower. It was also not possible to adjust the heat from the room. It was unbearably warm. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. "
