"I had a wonderful stay. This hotel is highly recommended. The location was great, the staff was excellent and the facility was modern and in great condition. The staff were all very polite, professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the stay was. I would specifically like give the concierge team a big thumbs up. I asked for advice and assistance numerous times and each time I was given top notch attention and care. My next Seoul trip I plan to stay here again. "

There was one window but barely had sunlight, the lights were also very dim even in the bathroom. The room has definitely seen some use and I noticed some damage or weird stains in the bathroom. Our travels included moving a lot of luggage so we really liked the space and storage but compared to other lodging in Korea, we would choose the others first. The staff were very friendly and the...
