"This is within a vacation resort that is still under development. Owner's caretaker/agent is a real estate agent for the resort and offers options to buy a lot, or condominum. No information was provided ahead of time about the additional fees charged to use amenities within the resort such as the swimming pool and access to the beach. "

"They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. All the stops are tiled and slippery.. rain everywhere of course but dangerous slippery tile, If this was in America, they would have been sued. Just back from Dr.: hurt my back, bruised my pelvis and sprained my wrist. The owners do not maintain this property, take care of obvious safety hazards, fix broken things. I also slipped on front steps (tiled too) carrying a cup of hot water first morning. Spilled half the cup on my hand. "

Nice but can be noisy

"I wanted to like this place more than I did, especially because the staff we encountered were all friendly and the hotel was clean as expected for a place of this caliber and cost, but we had an entire evening where loud video karaoke was playing throughout for hours, from 7-8 pm until 11 pm, and it was all too easy to hear in the room the whole time. Impossible to escape from. It was frustrating that it was so incessant and carried on for so long, and it really sullied our one-night stay."
