"The hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, friendly and outstanding. The rooms were great and served their purpose. I will say they were not the cleanest, most up to date or fancy. However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways.
