"Absolutely amazing! The room was fabulous, everything was new, clean and tidy. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate there in the evening and the meal was delicious and good value for Money. We paid for the large breakfast, but I'm sure a regular one would have been more than enough. "A really welcoming group of people and a quick check in. Typical character building with wonky creaky floors but loads of charm. A bit cold in the room at first but soon warmed up with the heater. Lovely amenities and a great bathroom too. Good pub food for dinner, breakfast was OK (hard boiled poached eggs will always get a point deducted I’m afraid). Will definitely stay again though."
