"The hotel staff is lovely, courteous, and pleasant. However, the internet is unbearable and non-functional. The room is nice but basic, definitely not a five-star experience, perhaps a four at best. Overall, it's pleasant but nothing more than that. The food is exceedingly expensive and doesn't really justify the asking price."

Was in a panic to figure out how to extend our travel visas and the owner went above and beyond to try and assist us. We where only there 17 hours when the owner advised us to return to Puerto Princessa as there was a concern that they would run out of supplies. Thank you so much for your assistance.
