"Our whole experience of this place was awful. We stayed for two nights with our pet dog. There was no reception, in fact we saw no sign of any staff other than breakfast the morning after checking ourselves in. The room as a positive linen was clean, the bins had not been emptied from previous occupants, there was even food in the bin!
