"This property refused to check us in the evening, due to unfortunate unforeseen issues that had accured with our trip to Turkey from Australia, they offered us a less than pleasant alternative and we had to book another place on the same day we were scheduled to check into Onkel. "The entire staff was amazing . The restaurant staff was beyond superior . Always attentive, professional, hospitable, polite. The housekeeping gentleman assigned to my room on the 9th floor was the best . Never intrusive and always on top of everything. The front desk staff extremely knowledgeable and kind.
