The contact number on Expedia was attached to a ex member of staff that left over a year ago, that this started to ring alarm bells. "This was a beautiful property for enjoying my last two days in Saint Lucia. Unfortunately I had no power for about 7 hours upon my first day which resulted in me missing my school course online. However, it eventually got restored. Room was nice and clean. Reception staff was amazing, and so was staff in doolittles restaurant which is attached to the resort. My only complaint was the security guard Ian, at first he was friendly and nice but then it turned creepy. Every time I would walk by...

"Coconut walk staff needs to focus on cleaning the floor during breakfast, saw staff walk right over food on the floor. Tough to get a cup of coffee after being seated. Veronda breakfast service was excellent and we ate there most mornings."
