"Nice property with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Resort fee included beach chairs and umbrellas. Also included bicycles which were unavailable for use during the time we visited. Daily breakfast not worth $20 in my opinion. 24 hour pool, jacuzzi and fitness center were nice. Housekeeping visited almost everyday to ensure we had bottled water, towels, etc. There’s a restaurant connected to the side of the hotel which was nice. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance, plus a 24-hour...

"While I enjoyed my stay, there were two separate altercations . Starting with coming back to our room and there were a pair of socks that didn’t belong to us in the bathroom . I called to inform them about the situation as I felt unsafe . I wasn’t sure who or when was there someone else in my room. The person on the other line told me that there would get the manager to come and assist me with that uncomfortable situation . THEY NEVER SHOWED UP , waited at least for 30 mins while they had said...
