"It's our 2nd time at this hotel. This time we had a great experience. We were able to enjoy all the facilities and the staff was very friendly and courteous! 1st visit was during Covid 19. We will return and enjoy the hotel for a longer visit."

"My overall stay was wonderful. Piola (night manager) was awesome and the front desk agent (I didn’t get his name) was as well. The gave me a credit on my room for food I had to return in 6/17 and I was really thankful. The rooftop bar is a little expensive and the hotel is not right on the beach. However, there are some great restaurants in walking distance. I’ll be back in August "

"Everything was clean and tidy. I asked for extra towels and within 5 mins they were at my door. She was nice at the front desk and took care of me quickly. Nice bed everything was excellent! except the restaurant was expensive"

"The one bad experience I had here was when I went into the onsite restaurant "Cueva del Mar." The so-called hostess at the customer greeting station was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Didn't bother to even look up at me, just continued playing on her smart phone. No smile, nothing. I simply asked to see a menu -- of which there was pile of them right behind her -- and this girl motioned to a bar code in front of the stand. I asked for a menu (again, RIGHT BEHIND HER) and acting as if it were an imposition, she slowly turned around, grabbed on, and thrust it at me, without a single word. THIS DOES LITTLE TO HELP THIS HOTEL, EXCEPT FRUSTRATE CUSTOMERS. Something should be done to adjust her foul, inexcusable attitude."
